As a tenured professor and consultant, she has taught structural inequality classes for over 20 years and facilitated diversity, equity and inclusion workshops for the past 10 years.
Her passion for and experience in social justice, structural inequality and program evaluation especially qualify her to assist groups in assessing and assisting in organizational effectiveness and diversity, equity and inclusion work.
He has created and developed youth programs for over 20 years.

Dr. Matisa Wilbon has accompanied and guided us over the last 4 years of our journey toward diversity, equity, and inclusion.
